Grippers Tech Hub is seeking a highly skilled IT & Cyber Security Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our digital assets, securing networks, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in developing strategies to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats while supporting our clients with top-notch security solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure networks, systems, and applications against unauthorized access, breaches, and threats.
• Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely response and resolution.
• Configure and manage firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness training for staff and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, tools, and compliance requirements.
• Support IT infrastructure and ensure systems run efficiently and securely.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and system security.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze, detect, and mitigate cyber threats effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or CCNP Security are an added advantage.
